What to Cook When You Are Tried of Cooking
Are you ever in a place where you are sick of cooking because you know you’ll have a sink full of dishes to clean up afterward?
If you said “yes’, then you and I are kindred spirits! Being a food blogger I already spend hours every day in the kitchen cooking and cleaning, oh my word, the cleaning. Ugh!
So naturally on my days off from recipe development, I’m always wanting to get in the kitchen, get supper done, and get out as fast as I can.
That means I need healthy meals that I can throw together in a hurry and not make a total mess of the kitchen.
I mean let’s face it, eating healthy means a lot of cooking at home, and that in general means you’ll have a ton of dishes in the sink after you cook. Not to mention if you do a bunch of meal prep then the dishes can be overwhelming.
I totally get it friends, that’s why I’m sharing this post today with you. I want to make your life easier by sharing an amazing list of recipes that you can make not make a total mess of your kitchen.

What are One Pot Meals?
One-pot meals are glorious recipes that can all be cooked in the same pot from start to finish. These are perfect for busy nights or just avoiding a ton of dishwashing.
Really when we refer to “one pot” recipes it could be meals that were cooked in one pot, a skillet meal, Instant Pot, Crockpot, or on a sheet pan.
Oh and I mean the whole meal in one pot too, just the main protein. I reserve the title “one pot meal’ for a recipe that has both the main protein and the sides all in that one pot.
There is some wiggle room there of course, but for this post and the list of recipes today I wanted to keep it simple and truly one pot.
