Are you a ham fan? Do you always have a big ham on your table during the holidays? We usually have both a turkey and a ham for our large meals so we get the best of both worlds that way. Not to mention the tons of leftovers that we get to munch on after the big day!
I enjoy leftover ham straight out of the fridge, yep, you got it cold! It makes the best low-carb snack or wrap with some crisp lettuce and a thick slice of tomato. Yum, I could go for some right now, how about you?
We enjoy ham throughout the year on special occasions like a birthday or Easter, so for us, it is not only a Thanksgiving and Christmas meal.
In fact, since I’ve cooked them many times a year over the last 10 years I’ve been able to try many recipes using up leftovers.

Each time I make ham I make sure to bag up some of the meat for sandwiches or low-carb wraps, but I also make some soups and casseroles for the freezer.
