Have Asian Food Tonight Without Ordering Takeout!

I absolutely adore Asian foods and if you have followed my blog for any amount of time you might have heard me say that a few times (or maybe a thousand) but who’s counting.

Even though it is one of my favorite foods I avoid ordering take out anymore from restaurants because of all the hidden sugars and carbs.

Not to mention all the added MSG that most places add into all of their recipes. Our family is highly sensitive to any form of MSG so I prefer to live without the worry of those well.

However, just because we can’t do our old take out favorites any more doesn’t mean we’ve stopped eating our favorite Asian dishes!

I am very happy to say that we don’t have to put away our chopsticks permanently thanks to some great recipes you will find here on my blog and lots from the other bloggers you’ll see soon!

There are tons of low carb and gluten-free options floating around on the web for us to enjoy.  To make it a bit easier I thought I would “round-up” a few of these recipes for you guys to enjoy.

All of the recipes you find shared in this post would work for any low carb, gluten free, and Trim Healthy Mama eating plan. There will be something for everyone since I’ve included both red meat recipes and some with just seafood.

Easy Lemongrass Chicken with Cilantro Cauliflower Rice

 A healthy, sugar-free spin on Lemongrass Chicken. This low carb recipe makes a delicious and light springtime meal.
