Sometimes we just need dessert, and we need it fast! I have many times like this throughout the month now that I think about it.
That’s why I love having quick and easy recipes handy that I can make and enjoy in those times.
Sure, there are tons of dessert recipes here on the blog, but most of them make large portions of that dessert and there are many times when I just need enough to settle that craving not enough to feed the whole family or an army.
I call these types of recipes Single Serving Desserts because they are assembled in smaller portions and they can generally be consumed in their entirety in one sitting.
Okay, one could be generous and share with loved ones to is they so desired.
Oh, and these recipes are also great for those who don’t like to have a ton of leftovers lingering around for days and days.
In all honesty, I’ll admit that I’m not opposed to having tons of dessert around ever, but if you live alone or if you have trouble with portion control like we all can from time to time, then having some recipes for smaller portions will come in super handy.
